Pours clear pale amber with one finger of loose off-white head, good retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Nose is pithy citrus, light caramel malt, mild herbal. (7/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (7/10) Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, lingering bitter finish. (4/5)
A nice little A/IPA from a reliable brewery. Maybe a little too little – it could stand to be a bit more bold, but as it stands, it’s pretty close to sessionable, so that’s OK too. Worth checking out. (15/20)
