Appearance: clear straw with two fingers of fluffy light ivory head, excellent retention and moderate lacing. (5/5) Aroma: dank resin, citrus, pale malt. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate-high bitter, light peppery spice. (8/10) Palate: medium-light body, moderate carbonation, short duration bitter and slightly peppery finish. (4/5)
The best way I can describe how this smells and tastes is, “green.” If you have my particular brand of synaesthesia, you’ll get what I mean. Another way of describing it would be, “Damn, that be some shit!” Unless, y’know, you consider that culturally insensitive, in which case… don’t describe it that way? (It still be some shit, though.) Juicy and dank, my kind of hops. (16/20)
